We use authorize.net. They use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. They store information gathered on secure computers located in a locked data center. The number of employees with physical access to this facility is limited. They use firewalls and other security measures to prevent their computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.
Return/Cancellation Policy (Terms & Conditions)
Floor95.com is committed to providing the best customer service possible. Please read the following information and, if necessary, you can contact us by phone.
If you decide to cancel an order, please call us immediately. You will be responsible for all shipping/freight costs (generally 10 - 25% of order). You will be refunded within 15 days of return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any orders returned to us without a cancellation number issued by Floor95.com.
Cancellation hours are from 8 AM - 2 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Shipping Policy (Terms & Conditions)
We ship using FedEx or other shipping companies, if necessary. Rates are based on weight and zip code.
The following are guidelines for receiving packages:
1. Always accept a shipment regardless of condition of materials. Refusing shipments only prolongs the proper resolution we're committed to achieving to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Always compare your order to materials received. You (or a designated surrogate) are responsible for noting any damage on the outside of the packages.
In the event of a damaged shipment, retain all paperwork from shipment, as well as all damaged materials. Upon reporting damaged material to carrier, you are required to hold on to materials for 120 days to allow time for carrier inspection/investigation. After we have received paperwork from you and the carrier and damaged and salvageable material has been clearly defined, we will refund or replace damaged material.
